Check Out
Our check out time is by 10am. Should you wish to extend this time, please contact us on 03 377 0859 and we can advise accordingly. Please note there will be a late check out fee and this will be subject to availability.
Payment
We prefer settlement on check in. If departing before 8.00am please could you advise reception the night before.
It is our policy that your account is kept in credit during your stay with us.
Parking
One parking space per unit is provided within the complex free of charge.
Your vehicle registration must be provided to reception.
If you have more than 1 vehicle or you are expecting visitors, then you may need to park additional vehicles on the street.
Although we have dedicated disability carparks at the complex, should no other carparks be available then guests are welcome to use these.
WiFi Connectivity
Please connect to our complimentary WiFi by using the access code located on the desk in your room.
TV and Chromecasting
We have Sky 50+ Channels.
To access, please turn on with the remote.
If you are having issues using the TV, please first try turning the power off at the switch. Otherwise, please come see us for assistance.
Heating and Air Conditioning
Each unit is equipped with its own Air-Conditioning/ Heat Pump system for guest comfort and enjoyment.
Operation:

Once you have chosen your selected setting and temperature on the remote, please allow the unit up to 5 minutes for the outside unit to heat up / cool down before air will begin flowing.
It is suggested that these be set between 18 and 22 Degrees for best results.
Housekeeping
To maintain our cleanliness standards, it is company policy that all rooms are serviced daily. This occurs between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm.
If you would like fresh towels, please place the used towels on the ground in the shower/bath.
Room Ventilation/Power Usage
During your daily service, if we find a heat pump turned on, this will be turned off to conserve electricity. If you would like us to turn this on prior to your return in the evening, please speak with us at reception.
Given our complex is double glazed and well insulated, we ask that if you leave your room for the day, that you open a window to allow fresh air to circulate.
We will also open windows when completing services.
Laundry Facilities
A guest washing machine and dryer is available in the guest laundry, located on the ground floor adjacent to the carpark.
The laundry is open from 9:00am until 8:00pm daily.
Last wash/dry is 7.15pm.
Washing machine: $4 per load
Dryer: $4 per load
A wash cycle takes approximately 30minutes.
A dry cycle is approx. 45minutes.
Kitchen Facilities
Kitchenette facilities are provided and include Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, Jug, Cups, Plates and cutlery for your enjoyment.
NOTE: No soft plastics or foil/aluminium is to be placed in the microwave.

919 Colombo Street.
A popular breakfast café for food/coffee and only located a couple of minutes’ walk from the motel.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. For emergency services please call 111.
In the case of an evacuation, please follow the safety instructions on the back of your door and meet at the designated spot – in the carpark towards the lamppost at the front of the complex.
Sustainability
Here at ASURE Accommodation, we work hard to support our beautiful country by undertaking practical sustainable actions. Many of these you will not see, but some you may notice – all make a difference to the environment we live in. Here are some of practices our members have in place:
Buy from local sources, which, both support employment in our community and reduces the distance our goods must travel to reach us.
Work with suppliers that can provide our group with environmentally sustainability products. Some members have joined the Dream Green Initiative from Vendella, our provider of hospitality products. Some of our members also use Starline products, and proudly support Beyond Skin Deep recycling.
Work with suppliers that can provide our group with environmentally sustainable products.
Donate supplementary products and excess bedding and furniture.
LED light bulbs are installed on our premises.
Temperature controlled heating and cooling
Energy-efficient timers are installed on our exterior road-sign.
Reduce the amount of waste going to landfill by separating it for recycling.
Use only biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning products.
Recycle and or repurpose product containers.
Soap & hair wash dispensers installed in all bathrooms to minimize waste.
Train our committed staff to consistently carry out our environmental practices.
Our ASURE members are actively involved in our local community and provide sponsorship to many community groups.
We trust you are enjoying our country and hope you will help us reduce our impact on it by considering the following things:
When not needed or when leaving a room, turn off lights or equipment such as heat pumps.
Turns off taps tightly when not directly using water.
Many of our properties offer recycling options. Please utilise the bins provided.
Didymo and other aquatic pests could squeeze the life out of our country’s most precious rivers and lakes. You can help to protect your favourite waterways if you always Check, Clean, Dry any gear that comes into contact with the water, between every waterway, every time.
