ASURE Centrepoint Motel

Check-in
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. We ask that all guests present a valid photo ID and credit card on arrival. If you're planning to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange access for you.

Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Age Requirement
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking and check in. We warmly welcome whānau travelling together, including tamariki of all ages, provided an adult aged 18 or over is responsible for the booking and present throughout the stay.

Cancellations & Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on your room type. Please check the specific terms that apply to your selected room at the time of booking. These will be clearly displayed before you confirm your reservation.

Cribs & Extra Beds
Cribs and extra beds are available on request and are subject to availability. These are not included in your room rate and will be charged separately.

Crib: NZD $20 per child, per night (available for children aged 0 to 2 years)
Extra bed: NZD $30 per person, per night (available for children aged 2 years and over)

Pets
We're sorry, but pets are not permitted at ASURE Colombo Motel.

Group Bookings
If you're booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply. Please get in touch with us directly to discuss your group requirements.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, Eftpos and cash payments. Please check with us directly regarding any other payment options at the time of booking.

Special Requests
We'll always do our best to accommodate special requests, but please note these are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
