Frequently Asked Questions from guests who stay with us at ASURE Centrepoint Motel

Housekeeping 
To maintain our cleanliness standards, it is company policy that all rooms are serviced daily. This occurs daily between the hours of 9 am and 2pm.Our aim to complete by 1pm.  Service means, that Fresh Towel are provided, bed is made (provided no personal items on the bed) dishes are done, and any items that need to be replaced are. 

Baggage Storage 
A secure baggage storage area is available on request. Please ask our receptionist for access to this facility. 

Parking
Complimentary for all guests. Large trucks, buses & cars with trailers or vans will need to park on the roadside, where free parking is avaiable. 

Breakfast and Coffee/ Tea Facilities
Breakfast is available.

Breakfast orders for room service should be placed at Reception by 7pm the night before.

We offer Continental options, which are delivered to the room. Menu options are available in reception.

Coffee & Tea making facilities are provided in all rooms. Should you require additional supplies, please contact reception. Service charges may apply. 
Additional NESCAFÉ Coffee pods are available at the Office for a small charge to allow you to enjoy your Coffee (For rooms with Coffee machines)

A Glass Bottle of Fresh milk is complimentary on arrival. Should you require extra milk this is available from Reception for $2.50 per Bottle.

Soft Drinks available from reception.

Soft drinks can be purchased at reception; we have a small range available. 

First Aid 

A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk for minor emergencies. 

Recycling 

We are an eco-friendly property part of Eco Hotels. Please assist us, it would be appreciated if you are able to separate your bottles, plastic, and paper so that we can forward these items to the appropriate recycling authority. 

To reduce Rubbish & waste all rubbish is sorted in Green Food waste, Recycle and Rubbish as per Council collection bins by Management & Staff.
